Espadín is chosen for the large majority of all mezcal production in Mexico, however Espadin Capon is quite rare. Doña Vega harvests the agave plant several years after it has ripened giving the final distillate a natural sweetness which is incomparable to other mezcals. Dona Vega Espadin Joven Mezcal is a mezcal made from the Espadin agave, with an ABV of 40%. It is distilled twice and bottled at 80 proof.
Nose: Light smoke with undertones of fruit.
Palate: Herbaceous notes with roasted agave and mint.
Finish: White pepper finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
