Fortaleza Blanco is a traditional, small-batch tequila crafted using time-honored methods that honor the heritage of tequila making in the Tequila Valley. Produced at NOM 1493, this blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave and showcases the pure, unaltered character of agave through meticulous, old-world production techniques. Every step of the process is designed to preserve flavor, texture, and authenticity.

Agave sourced from the Tequila Valley is slowly cooked in stone and brick ovens, then crushed using a traditional stone tahona. Fermentation takes place in open-air wooden tanks, followed by double distillation in copper pot stills using natural spring water from the region. Bottled at 80 proof, Fortaleza Blanco is presented in hand-blown glass bottles made in Mexico, reinforcing its artisanal roots.
