Blinking Owl Rye whiskey is made using a unique blend of two-row rye, two-row barley, and 6-row barley grains, each sourced from local San Joaquin Valley farms. This whiskey is distilled in hand hammered copper pot stills, then aged in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years. The result is a distinctively bold and complex whiskey with notes of honey and smoke, undertones of warm spices, and a subtle sweetness.
Nose: Cedar and barrel char, balanced by hints of toffee, rye bread and chilli jam.
Palate: Cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, lemon, orange and oak.
Finish: A hint of dark chocolate, plus more cinnamon.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
