The journey of Elijah Craig Toasted Rye begins with fully matured Elijah Craig Straight Rye Whiskey, which is then re-entered at barrel proof into a second, custom-toasted new oak barrel. Designed in partnership with Independent Stave Company, these unique secondary barrels are toasted to impart additional layers of flavor. A high-temperature cap applied at the end of the toasting process embeds phenols into the barrel's surface, adding an element of smoke that perfectly complements the rye's natural spice and sweetness.
Elijah Craig Toasted Rye greets you with an inviting aroma of toasted oak, crème brûlée, almond, and hazelnut. On the palate, you'll experience notes of milk chocolate and subtle baking spices, all enveloped in a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is soft and warm, with lingering, drawn-out spices that leave a lasting impression.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
