Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt is made using a combination of Scottish-grown Simpsons Golden Promise malted barley as well as malted barley grown in the Texas High Plains. Additionally, Lineage matured in both used oak barrels as is typical in Scottish single malt production and virgin charred oak barrels which is more traditional for American whiskeys.
Nose: Sweet and indulgent, sourdough starter and cream soda, mulled cider, bruised bananas and peaches, tea tree.
Palate: Caramelized sweetness, soft oak, manuka honey, chestnuts and hint of red wine reduction.
Finish: Late palate builds into the transition to finish, slight prickle with more tea tree, black tea and hint of cinnamon.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
