We set our Four Grain Bourbon to age in barrels of New York State White Oak, hand charred over open flames, but after that first year, the wood proved too tight and began to split. We decided to re-barrel into new, hand charred American White Oak from the Ozark Mountains in Missouri. As the barrel contributes so much to the flavor, this batch was destined to be a one of a kind spirit. A few years later, we are delighted to share with you this unique and spicier version of our beloved signature Bourbon Whiskey.
Nose: Smooth smoke and mature oak on the nose.
Palate: Slight hints of rye spice on the tongue.
Finish: Silky finish with an exhale of vanilla.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
