As admirers (and imbibers) of the famed single malt whiskies of Scotland, They wanted to create a uniquely crafted version of American single malt. To Provide the robust, flavor-forward profile more typical of American Single Malt is distilled “on-the-grain”. This means that they leave the grain in during fermentation and distillation, instead of filtering it out. In the tradition of American and Scottish whiskey making, They use both freshly charred and second-use oak barrels during the maturation stage. These techniques produce a whiskey that shows its distinctive and delicious American qualities with a heavier mouthfeel, roasted malt character, and balanced complexity.
Nose: Croissants, bananas foster, grape jelly, toast points, and mountain meadows.
Palate: Honeydew with honey, dulce de leche, praline, shortbread raisin, and tobacco.
Finish: Autumn strolls, vanilla cream, maple syrup

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
