The Wallace Collection is a series of bottle releases of hogback's finest malt whisky. Every release is individual and unique. Single barrels, bottled at cask strength, non chill-filtered and often finished using wine and unusual wood barrels. The first peated malt whisky in the Wallace Collection. Distilled using 100% peated malted barley from Scotland. Matured in ex-rye American oak barrels for 4 years, then finished for 6 months in 2-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barrels from the Continuum Estate, Napa. Enjoy this unique whisky neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite whisky cocktail.
Nose: Blackcurrant and sweet peat with phenolic, slightly briny, and a hint of herbal tea.
Palate: Sweet wood, waxy, syrupy, and mellow with salty, peaty notes, and licorice tones.
Finish: Long lasting, soft and peachy.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
