Matured for 15 years, this is our most balanced and smooth single malt. Balancing two different sides of the flavor spectrum, this single malt marries these perfectly, whilst also reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence. Spice and sweetness unite in this naturally rich whisky while lighter, more refreshing coastal notes show another side of this single malt. Second fill American oak ex-bourbon casks impart deep, dark spices before a period of further maturation in first fill Spanish oak casks which lend to notes of dried fruit and chocolate. Old Pulteney casks breath the invigorating sea air year after year, giving our whisky an unmistakable coastal character.
Nose: Rich dried fruits, ripe apples and citrus with honey sweetness and creamy vanilla.
Palate: Fragrant spice and Christmas cake with lots of chocolate and dark toffee.
Finish: A hint of salty sea air on the finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
