Southwell Straight Bourbon Whiskey was distilled in Tennessee, aged in Kentucky, and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky. 86 Proff 43% Alc/Vol. The Southwell small batch bourbon is 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. A whiskey with this high corn content in the mash bill assures hints of extra sweetness in the finish. Aged 12 Years in a new charred oak barrels. By definition, bourbon must be made with more than 51% corn. Many are made between 60 to 70%, but very few bourbons exist today with over 70% corn.
Nose: Corn, vanilla, bean, graham cracker, and butterscotch.
Palate: Butterscotch, vanilla ice cream, black cherry, and oak.
Finish: Sweet, toasted oak finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
