Bodegas Menade was founded in 2005, but the current owners Alejandra, Marco, and Richard are the sixth generations of a family dedicated to wine. The history of the family began in 1820 when the ancestors cultivated the vineyard in various locations today attached to the DO Rueda. The wines were made in what is now known as ‘Menade by Secala’, an underground cellar dug out of the rock at the beginning of the 19th century. ‘Menade by Secala’ was a work of art, and later with a few improvements became, a perfect place for the barrels, vats, and historical bottles to rest in peace.
Nose: Orchard fruit and herbal notes.
Palate: Elegant with ripe apple and zesty acidity with honeyed oak characters.
Finish: Crisp and dry.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
