Barrell Bourbon Batch 023 is a blend of straight bourbons distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana. The mash bills for each used corn, rye, and malted barley. The selected barrels for this bottling were 10, 12, and 15 years of age. Bottled in Kentucky at cask strength of 107.78 proof.
Nose: A waft of brown sugar gives way to caramel, oak, and baking spices. Warm buttery cornbread peeks through, along with a trace of cinnamon.
Palate: Spicy notes take the lead, with a mix of baking spices, cinnamon, summer fruit, and black peppercorns. It’s medium-bodied mouthfeel coats the tongue nicely, allowing burnt brown sugar and toasted caramel to come forward. A touch of tobacco comes into play on the backend, along with a bit of heat.
Finish: Cinnamon spice crescendos, with baking spices and raw grain in tow. The spice hangs on the tongue, and a slight dry leather note materializes towards the end. Medium length and pleasant.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
