The Courvoisier Initiale Extra is created by blending eaux-de-vie from the Grand Champagne and Borderies area. These blends were aged up to 50 years in oak barrels. Perfectly balanced, it gets a rich and deep flavor from its long aging process. The aromatic intensity of the cognac is exceptional and powerful. It has an intense depth and finesse that bring out all the unique flavors and layers. It has a 40% of alcohol by volume.
Nose: Rich truffles and cedar wood with notes of port wine and fruit cake.
Palate: Intense and concentrated with balanced notes of earth and wild mushroom.
Finish: Long finish, thanks to its eaux-de-vie from the Premier Cru.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
