Equiano Rum is the world's first African and Caribbean rum, one that brings together two worlds, the old and the new. The award-winning spirit was crafted by industry legend master distiller and blender Richard Seale. It's a blend of rum from Gray's Distillery in Mauritius as well as rum from Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. The first is column-distilled and aged in French Limousin oak and ex-cognac casks for a decade. It then gets shipped to Barbados, where it is blended with rum that has spent 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and then bottled at 86 proof
Nose: Vanilla, toffee, fruit, and oak.
Palate: Fruit flavors, with raisin, banana, and plenty of citrus notes.
Finish: Lengthy and sweet with oak and spice undertones.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
