Garrison Brothers Sonora Texas Straight Bourbon is a bold new addition to the Garrison Brothers lineup, aged for seven years with an innovative rye whiskey barrel finish. For the first four years it matures in new American white oak barrels, then it is transferred into rye whiskey barrels for three more years, allowing it to develop a refined spiciness and depth. Bottled at 108 proof, Sonora is a tribute to the rugged beauty and mystery of the Caverns of Sonora in Texas.
This bourbon was crafted by a collaboration between Master Distiller Donnis Todd and Samantha Olvera, the first female Latina in Texas to lead a grain-to-glass project at the distillery. Each bottle is sealed in striking ruby-red wax, and five dollars from every bottle sold supports the preservation of the Caverns of Sonora. With its deep amber color and expressive character, Sonora reflects both terroir and artistry.

Nose: Sweet corn, oak, rye spice, vanilla, and butterscotch accented by citrus zest, almond tea, and wildflower honey.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.

C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
