George Dickel’s Bottled in Bond release is an 11-year-old whisky. While a bit younger, it follows in the footsteps of the bold and balanced 13-year-old that has received several "Whisky of the Year" awards. Crafted with a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley, it employs the same charcoal-filtration as its predecessor. Bottled at 100 proof, it retains the nuttiness, sweetness, and fruity notes with an overall profile that is big and complex yet approachable.
Nose: Pecan, maple syrup, and dried apple.
Palate: Sweet maple syrup with baked apple and roasted pecan notes.
Finish: Rich and warm with lingering oak.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
