A 2019 addition to The GlenAllachie core range, this 15 year old single malt was treated to a finishing period in sherry casks before bottling. The casks in question were a combination puncheons and hogsheads that previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry. Master distillery Billy Walker described this expression as having an "exceptional balance of the distillery’s spirit and the influence of the Sherry casks used during maturation." We'd have to agree.
Nose: Raisins, butterscotch and allspice.
Palate: Creamy and rich with sweet spices, raisins, and rich butterscotch sauce before fruitier notes of banana emerge.
Finish: Long and lingering with dark chocolate and burnt orange.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
