Hiro Junmai Sake is made once a year with Gohyakumanguko Sake rice, grown only by Hiro’s own Kura (brewery) and water sourced from the pure melting snow of the Bandai-Asahi mountains of the Niigata Prefecture. Hiro Junmai Sake is made from Gohyakumanguko rice that is milled down to 60% of its original size, which removes the impurities in the outer layers of the rice. The heavily milled rice together with the melted snow water helps give Hiro its pristine clean crisp taste.
Nose: Earthy notes, creamy vanilla nougat with peppered pear and banana aromas.
Palate: Silky, dry-yet-fruity with melon, tapioca, and white pepper accents.
Finish: Long and well rounded, with a medium body elegant finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
