Domaine Pascal Jolivet is a wine producer based in Sancerre but producing wines from across the wider Loire, including neighboring Pouilly-Fumé and in the Loire Valley, considerably further west. Jolivet also produces a South African Sauvignon Blanc, named Metis, in conjunction with the Klein Constantia estate outside Cape Town. Pascal Jolivet established his eponymous domaine in Sancerre in 1987 after years working in sales for the likes of Champagne Pommery. Jolivet himself came from a family of cellarmasters and wine merchants in Pouilly-Fumé. By 1990 Jolivet was building his own winery and five years later had acquired vineyards across both the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé appellations.
Nose: Lime, citrus fruits, green apple, and kiwi.
Palate: Nice freshness on the palate.
Finish: The minerality gives the wine a long finish

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
