Our origin dates back to the time of the Mexican Revolution, when the family of our founder Carlos Moreno began to enter the world of mezcal. We currently continue growing, collaborating with more than 52 mezcal producing families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, proud of having an international presence in over 16 countries. 12 years of agave maturation. Handcrafted in Río de Ejutla, Oaxaca. Copper still with rectifier plates. 47% Alcohol by volume.
Nose: Herbaceous and mineral scents with hint of white peppercorns. Wet gravel, ginseng, and cashew nuts notes with slight touch of roasted red chili peppers.
Palate: Spicy hints of ginseng and clove, with baked sweet potatoes, onions, and radish.
Finish: Citric with oriental orange notes and a toasted chestnuts aftertaste.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
