La Muse Verte is crafted from a traditional absinthe recipe that was originally created in the late 19th century and refined over the course of the next hundred years. The recipe calls for a secret blend of up to eight different ingredients, including fresh, organic grand wormwood (the wormwood is used within a few months of harvest). After each plant used in crafting the absinthe is harvested, it is steeped in a beet-based spirit for up to three weeks in order to extract the flavors, oils and texture of the plant. After the plants have been macerated, the absinthe is married together without the use sugar, artificial additives or coloring, and bottled at 136 proof.
Nose: Anise and florals.
Palate: Complex, with more anise, fennel, and wormwood with a wonderful mouth-feel.
Finish: Balanced and spicy.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
