Open fermentation in wooden tanks with both house-cultured and indigenous yeast strains. Pot distilled and unfiltered. Aged for 5 years inside the distillery’s dunnage-style federally bonded barrelhouse in Denver, this 100 proof callback to the unique traditions of American whiskey production stands ready to be enjoyed. The mash bill is 64% Corn, 21% Malted Barley and 15% Heritage Abruzzi Rye.
Nose: Roasted malt, cocoa, straw, fresh baked bread, fruits, and a hint of rye spice.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel with cinnamon, toffee, pear, cola, and cracked black pepper.
Finish: Soft and silky, lingering on dark baking chocolate, roasted malt, and cherries.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
