This small batch craft rye whiskey is handcrafted from scratch, this signature spirit is made in small batches and barrel aged for over three years in new white American oak casks. It's America’s first Dark Rye Pumpernickel Whiskey. Dark pumpernickel rye, Ohio soft red winter wheat, Yellow Corn, 2-row barley. Aged a minimum of 3 years in fresh white American oak.
Nose: Caramel, chocolate, and pepper.
Palate: Cinnamon, vanilla, rye seed, ginger, sandalwood, chai latte, and carob cookie.
Finish: Lingering rye spice and a lingering vanilla finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.

A friend of mine gave me a bottle of the dark Pumpernickel from batch no. 126 and I was hooked. Best Rye whiskey I have had in a long time. Can’t wait for the email when it’s available again. 5 big golden stars!
