Paul John in Goa has created a pair of Indian single malt whiskies finished in different types of sherry casks for its Select Cask series. This particular edition was allowed a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Paul P John, Chairman of John Distilleries, ventured into the alcohol beverage industry in 1996 and within a short span of just over a decade, his reach spread from his headquarters in Bangalore, Karnataka to neighboring states in India and beyond seas as well.
Nose: Fig and apricot with a hint of banana.
Palate: Sweet barley with creamy butterscotch, dry fruits and Christmas cake.
Finish: Long, with chocolate fudge, orange peel and wine drenched nuts.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
