Bespoke Gin is a reimagined classic. Fashioned in Kentucky Rye Barrels, it offers a new experience that awakens the senses. We start by importing the finest London Dry Gin then finish it in the same hand-selected barrels we use to age our Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, Boxergrail. This process mellows the gin and adds a hint of spice while tinting this luxurious spirit with an eye-catching hue that shimmers gold in your glass. Barrels make a difference. Ours are crafted from new American Oak then Toasted and Charred with wood-fired furnaces by our partners at Kelvin Cooperage. We first age our Best-in-Class Rye Whiskey in these barrels, then after harvesting it, fill them with the finest London Dry Gin where it rests and gains its signature light honey hue.
Nose: Citrus, honeysuckle, elderflower, and hint of nutmeg.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel, with lemongrass, nutmeg, and juniper.
Finish: Dry and full with juniper, licorice, and honeyed ginger.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
