Ragtime Applejack Barrel Finished Rye Whiskey brings together two traditional strong drinks from the northeast US – rye whiskey and applejack, which was most probably the first spirit to be produced in the first New York State distillery built in 1640. This whiskey is a version of the distillery's flagship Straight Rye Whiskey. After aging for two years in oak, the rye whiskey is finished for 90 days in barrels that previously held applejack in New York's Black Dirt Distillery. Bottled at 100 Proof and remarkably smooth.
Nose: Fruity, bright, apple aromas with hints of spice.
Palate: Buttery and creamy with hints of baked apple, cherry, and vanilla.
Finish: Long with nutmeg, cinnamon, and lemon zest.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
