Cachaça Ypióca, is the result of 4 generations of distilleries of the Telles family since 1846, when Dario Telles De Menezes became the owner of the distillery. Cachaça Ypióca, is the largest producer of Cachaça in Brazil, producing a traditional and excellent quality Cachaça. Its high quality is ensured by the careful selection and sorting of sugar canes, as well as the use of only 5 of the available varieties, which are carefully ground for 36 hours. This stage is catalytic since after this process, it is fermented for the purpose of the first development of alcoholic degrees, to lead to the distillation, a necessary condition for the formation of Cachaça. After distillation, Cachaça Ypióca ages in about 20 different types of casks, to develop and improve at the same time, the aromatic and flavor characteristics of Cachaça. Finally, the Blending process is a crucial point before bottling, to ensure the consistency of the taste profile of Cachaça Ypióca.
Nose: Smoked bread, butter, oak, and white pepper.
Palate: Green apples, pepper, smoked bread, vanilla, coffee beans, and caramel.
Finish: Lingering with burnt toffee, clove, black pepper and green apple.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
