First, we begin with cooking in an earthen ground oven using firewood as fuel, after the agave is cooked it is ground tahona style (Mill Egyptian) with animal power. The fermentation occurs naturally in a Sabino Amarillo wood tub and is double distilled in one step inside a copper still. A blend of Angustifolia and Karwinskii agaves. This perfect blend can be enjoyed neat or mixed. it is made with the finest angustifolia and karwinskii agaves that are personally selected by Don Apolonio Ramirez Cruz.
Nose: Baked agave, and lemon blossom.
Palate: Guava leaf, oily, orange, lime, tejocote, and lemon blossom.
Finish: Strong and long finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
