The Three Chord flagship small batch is bottled at an easy-drinking 81-proof, featuring up to 12-year-old whiskeys from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee to create a smooth, aromatic, and versatile bourbon whiskey. Our secondary, controlled, wood-charring process reintroduces compounds to create its maple syrup, caramel, and vanilla character. Integrating the additional toasted White American Oak staves brings a depth of flavor and a hint of smokiness. We bottle our 100% blended bourbon 250 gallons at a time for a consistent flavor profile and quality taste. Perfect for cocktails, highballs, or neat.
Nose: Maple syrup, caramel, and vanilla with a hint of smokiness.
Palate: Grassy, slightly sweet with spice, light citrus fruit, and charred oak.
Finish: A refined and lingering, honeycomb finish, with a mild hug.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
