Umiki is a blended whisky made of oceanside distilled Japanese malt whiskies and imported grain whiskies. The whisky is finished in Japanese pine barrels and brought to proof with pure desalinated ocean water. The name Umiki is composed of the Japanese word for ocean, ‘umi’, and ‘ki’, which translates as tree in Japanese. Ocean is known as the source of life and placed in the heart of Japanese culture, while the pine tree with its long life is the symbol of life where gods are believed to reside and the symbol of eternity.
Nose: Sea-breeze on the light and sweet nose.
Palate: A rounded and floral palate.
Finish: A soothing freshness in the finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
